Artist's Comments

The more I watch old Disney movies and compare them to the new ones, the more I think "Walt Disney must be rolling over in his grave."

Indeed. Walt would weep if he saw what his successors did to his company.

Agreed. If he was alive today, he was just happy to stay in his tombstone.
Great work for a great businessman and artist.

Specifically which generation of newer films? The Little Mermaid-Pochahontas-Lion King generation, or the Home on the Range-Brother Bear-Chicken Little generation? Just out of curiosity. Also, what do you think his opinion of Pixar would be? Most people think Pixar and Disney are interchangeable, so I don't know if you're including those films as well.

*Random Walt Disney fact time!*
Walt Disney took full credit for the creation of Mickey Mouse, even though it was Ub Iwirks who not only designed Mickey, but fully animated the first Mickey short all by himself. Walt Disney was kind of a douchbag. He was the greatest producer that ever lived, but he was a no-talent leech.

Disney was a monster. I'm sure he'd be happy as long as he was making money. After all, he didn't know anything about cartooning.
